I know Phoenix is in 1 of my favorite positions here playing a bad team laying a big number, but I want no parts of the Bulls tonight. They have been playing terribly and am starting to think they have been the beneficiary of a weak Eastern Conference the last few years, especially by looking at their ATS record going against the Pacific division, the weakest of the Western divisions.
