I don't like that game. That's the knee jerk reaction of America today including the oddsmakers. Not laying on the road with Milwaukee. Please. You are right with your analysis but pass for me. I don't have Milwaukee rated as a road fav over anybody, except Minnesota, right now despite their record.

I AM ON:

5* PHOENIX -5.5, -105 over Orlando
2* NEW ORLEANS -1, -105 over Atlanta
2* CLEVELAND +3.5, -105 over Toronto
2* UNDER Washington/Philly 195, -105
2* MIAMI +3.5 over Boston

Pheeee-On-Ix: Been preaching all year about how the Suns are over-rated to the number against bad teams because you have to lay a lot more number and they don't play well enough defense. However, they play well against real good teams especially when they catch these East teams in the middle of a long road trip as they make them run run and run some more and have value to the number since the number is so short. They are 17-7 ATS vs an opponent greater than .600 opp and get a great scheduling spot here home off home loss against an opponent in middle of long road trip. Remember that home fav -5 is basically a pick em in the NBA. Suns snap their 2 game losing streak rather easily tonight.

New Orleans: Solid young Hornets squad who play well off a loss, 20-6-1 ATS. Hawks on the other hand are 11-30-1 ATS off a SU win of more than 10 points. Hawks are going to have a hard time matching up with Paul and Chandler.

Cleveland: LeBron questionable, but doesn't scare me much as it's only a finger. Cavs took a bath against the Pistons but it was OK as it was off an emotionally draining game the night before with travel and they ran into playoff revenge. Now they come into a good situation here, 20-7-1 ATS off a SU loss, 26-12-1 ATS on he road, 42-20 ATS on 1 days rest. Toronto 5 ATS wins in a row gives us decent value here at +3.5 with or without LeBron. A 100% healthy know will play Lebron would have made it a 5*, but just a 2* for a little knicked up LeBron.

UNDER Wash/Phi: Sixers had their worst performance of year against the Wiz, allowing them to shoot the lights out. However, that was Arenas' last game before surgery, and the defensive minded Cheeks will make the proper adjustments this evening, especially after a poor performance against the Jazz. Wiz 16-35 UNDER off a SU loss more than 10 points. 76ers 1-8 UNDER off a SU loss, 1-8 UNDER as favs lss than 5 points.

MIAMI: Celts are just 3-13 ATS as favs less than 5 points. Miami played the Celts tight up in Boston 92-91 with Wade just getting his legs back (2nd game back). Since that game Miami is 3-2 with Wade. Nice spot as they get Celts off 2nd of back to back here and the line too high as a result of last night's game.

I hate complaining about the NBA. I rather complain about College Hoops and all the friggin shenanigans that goes on at the end of those game.

However, how bout my 5* going up in flames. Suns lead by 10 basically from 4 minutes left in the first quarter to 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Kept them at arms length the whole game. Then they shoot 1 for 7 in the last 4 minutes and 4 for 6 from the line.

Make a freaking layup or the 2 free throws and I cover. Horrible. Wasn't even their defense that blew the cover on this one.
